Led by Mike Barrett, MB Lacrosse combines international playing experience, educational leadership and large-scale programme development to help grow lacrosse from grassroots participation through to elite performance pathways.

Mike has spent over 30 years helping to grow lacrosse as a player, coach, educator and development lead. Through partnerships with governing bodies, schools, clubs and community organisations, he has played a key role in expanding participation and creating sustainable pathways for young players across the South East.

EXPERIENCE THAT MATTERS
Mike Barrett brings over 30 years of playing, coaching and leadership experience to the sport of lacrosse.
Having represented England from Under-19 level through to the full Senior Men's programme between 1992 and 2006, Mike competed at the highest levels of European lacrosse and was part of three European Championship-winning squads.

Alongside his international playing career, Mike has remained heavily involved in developing the game through coaching, education and leadership roles across schools, clubs and governing body programmes.
Today, Mike continues to play competitively for London Purley Raptors and Centurions while helping develop the next generation of players, his combination of elite playing experience, educational leadership and programme development expertise provides a unique perspective that supports players, coaches, schools and clubs at every level of the game.
